Susan,
thanks for the feedback. Please feel free to ask for more information on
this list while preparing the website. It would be great to be able to
move it to the OSGeo domain at one point so that everything will be
archived and maintained for years to come. Therefore it would be helpful
if the website can be copied to any domain without the need to install
complex software systems. A pretty but mostly static HTML landing point
has worked out as the best way to start. Other more dynamic components
like the abstract submission and registration systems can then be linked
from there.
