[OSGeo-Conf] name of the game (conference-cee)

Hi all,

quoting Jeff's remark to the mailing-list ticket [1]:

This is a question, which was raised already at FOSS4G (Denver). Whether 
and under which conditions "we" could use the FOSS4G trademark.

I'm just raising the question here, no matter which result the 
discussion will have. We just need things to be clarified.
