[OSGeo-Conf] name of the game (conference-cee)

Actually, as it turns out, "FOSS4G" is not a registered trademark in the
U.S. However, I think it could be defended as such through the principle of
common usage. In any case, the naming options for local conferences are
essentially:

FOSS4G-[region] {Regional Conference?}
OSGeo [region] Regional Meeting
[Organization XXX] Conference

Personally, I like the idea of "FOSS4G-[region] Regional Conference".

Of course the Japanese event is called FOSS4G (

Most importantly though, when the FOSS4G.org domain was provided to OSGeo,
there were agreements in place about not restricting the use of the term:
