[OSGeo-Conf] Confirming Beijing 2012 Date

Thanks Peter and Arnulf

I'm on a business trip outside and will come back to Beijing next week.
I've sent email to prof.Chen and we will upload a foss4g 2012 logo and
lunch the website soon and open to the public.
