[OSGeo-Conf] Intergeo Update

I don't think, that has chance to organise two World conferences. As I
mentioned, users will not travel around.
If I am looking from the point of view of manager, the Worldwide developers
meeting is for me interesting, I am happy to see, what is going. I agree,
that we have thinking, if conferences need **** hotels, big parties etc. But
I am representing small business, so my philosophy is more related to
developers philosophy.
For users I prefer local or regional actions, could be with focus on
concrete software as priority (where could be invited people also from other
regions)
