Actually, I will respond to my own comments :) I've recently had some
off-list discussions with several key community members about Board
membership, and one idea is to have Local Chapter chairs as automatic
board members.  This would solve the global issue we have now, plus make
Local Chapters feel involved.  It could also work well with this
Board-deciding-FOSS4G-location movement.

Anyway, I'll go back to listening on this list, so please continue
discussions, at least you know I'm here :)
