[OSGeo-Conf] [Foss4g2012] [Board] Putting the focus back in

Dear all,

just let me point to the preparation of FOSS4G Southeast Asia 
(http://foss4g-sea.org/) which will be held in conjunction with AGSE 
2012 (http://www.applied-geoinformatics.org/).

In any case we will try to organize a succesful event strenghtening the 
impact of Open Source Geospatial Technologies in Southeast Asia and the 
empowering of colleagues there.

For the colleagues in Vietnam and other neigbouring countries: Please 
take FOSS4G SEA into consideration to establish a sustainable event.
