[OSGeo-Conf] Should we write a FOSS4G Cookbook?

Hi Cameron,

The meeting with the LOC for Nottingham 2013 has just finished, and we are
on a roll! We made quite a few decisions on the Academic Track and the
co-operation of that team with the Nottingham LOC. The LOC has invited me
to become officially a member of the LOC to insure the best possible
integration of the AT in the overall happenings.

I joined the last part of the general LOC meeting and there the Cookbook
was briefly discussed and it was decided that the LOC (their chairman
Steven Feldman - in CC) will be the contact with OSGEO for that.

Cheers,
Barend Köbben
