[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G 2014 RFP Process

OSGeo is happy to announce the call for hosting the FOSS4G 2014 event. The 2014 FOSS4G RFP is available now at:

Highlights:

2014 is a "North America year"
Like last year, using a two-stage bidding process, with letters-of-intent, followed by full proposals for selected bidders.
Letters of intent due May 10.
