[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G-CEE 2013 - Program Committee announcement

Dear friends and colleagues,
As mentioned before, we are striving to assemble cutting-edge tracks and 
to host demanded workshops, therefore we have put together a great 
Program Committee to take a sharp look at all proposals [1] received and 
help us shape a great FOS4G-CEE 2013.
With respect to all themes we have outlined for our conference, we did 
our best to bring together specialists from all areas of expertise, 
working in the Academia environment as well as in the business sector.
We wish to present to these great people, once again, our deepest 
respect and acknowledgment for accepting to share with us part of their 
knowledge and expertise and to help us offer every participant at 
FOSS4G-CEE 2013 a great experience!
