[OSGeo-Conf] Conference software

[Dr. Franz-Josef Behr]

This year the LOC decided to mix practical and academic presentations. 
Therefore in Nottingham we did not have specialized academic sessions.

The acceptance of submissions were based on the recommendation of the 
reviewers.
