[OSGeo-Conf] Please review first press release of FOSS4G 2015

Dear Steven and Jeff, 

Thank you for your revision. I think we, the LOC, should vote to decide which one is better. ha..

Regarding press release and discussion of FOSS4G 2015, I have several questions. 

1. After completing press release, how can we distribute this press release to the media? Just releasing through OSGeo discuss mailing lists? or sending press release to specifically selected media - e.g. media partners -  through e-mail? The problem of latter is that we don’t have media partners yet. 

2. About the FOSS4G 2015 selection, will OSGeo officially announce this through OSGeo mailing list or do we have to do this by ourself? I think we’d better announce our selection on next Monday. 

FYI OSGeo SAC created mailing lists for FOSS2015 conference -  https://lists.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/foss4g2015. We’d better move to this mailing list. 

Jeff, for the success of FOSS4G 2015 Seoul, the LOC member will be in service 24/7/365!!!
