[OSGeo-Conf] Request for copies of past agreements between OSGeo and FOSS4G LOCs

As far as I can remember, there was no specific agreement between our LOC and OSGeo board beyond the awarding of the conference. The board did sign a contract with our PCO. That agreement is attached.
