[OSGeo-Conf] Question Period: Recording

I don’t consider live web-casting a requirement, but I do think that recording all sessions and putting them online is, particularly for a community like ours that is so distributed and is always desirous of both “case study” material and learning materials, to take advantage of this unique annual opportunity to gather quality content into one location.

Both: would adding recording services to your bids impact your plans negatively? What would you balance off against the added expense?

Committee: this feels to me like something that is so “non negotiable” now that we should include it in the RFP as a required item, like having food and a roof over our heads.
