[OSGeo-Conf] Conference Committee Membership Nominations

I would like to make a couple nominations to the committee.

I would like to nominate Darrell Fuhriman who did an amazing job as chair
of the 2014 global event in Portland 2014.

I would also like to nominate Eli Adam who was also part of the 2014
Conference Committee. Eli has also shown great interest in this committee
and a clear willingness to help drive the work of this committee forward
with great attention to detail.
