Dear Michael,
It purely depends on OSGeo’s decision. However I don’t think LOC need to receive the another small money from OSGeo only for Student Award. That might increases complications.
Instead LOC can prepare the cash for OSGeo Award and then we can offset that amount when Seoul team send back the seed money + profit.
Make sense?
