[OSGeo-Conf] considering Maxi to the conference committee

(breaking this email thread and changing the topic)

Digging back through the conference email archives I found [1] there
were concerns raised by Eli Adam, who raised questions for Maxi to
respond to. Eli requested the vote to accept Maxi be stalled till Maxi
responded.

I can't find a response from Maxi.
I feel that until these questions are resolved, Maxi should not be added
to the conference committee.
If Maxi still wishes to join the conference committee, I suggest the
next step is to address Eli's email.
Otherwise, we can consider the matter closed. (Maxi would be welcome to
contribute to Conference activities like any other OSGeo community
member, but wouldn't be a voting member).

Warm regards, Cameron
