Hi Marc, Msilikale,

I also shared our 2016 budget&financial sheet with you. Please regard, 
that this is not 100% up to date, but shows how we proceeded in our 
calculation:
We had a calculation based on 500, 750 and 1000 attendees and seperated 
by the different fees (EB nd regular). That helps to get an idea, about 
what might happen, if xx or yy people come.

Also we did a very, very conservative calculation on 
sponsorship-income.

I have more comments/questions on your proposal, I will send later this 
week.
