It has been pointed out to me that your submissions do not appear to have been sent to conference_dev at lists.osgeo.org <mailto:conference_dev at lists.osgeo.org> 

It is important that you submit your LoI to the list as instructed in the RfP. To post to the list you must be subscribed to the list via https://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/conference_dev <https://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/conference_dev> your mails will not get to the list unless you are subscribed, nor will you be able to answer questions during the question period
