Hi Gavin,

I suggest also getting the domain 2018.foss4g.org to point to your web 
pages (to continue the convention from previous conferences, and to 
ensure that you can retain the URL for archiving purposes in years to come).

Hopefully there will be another foss4g-africa.org in 2019?
