Thankyou for your input - it's extremely helpful as we navigate our way
(for many of us, this is out first conference organised! So we'll make a
few mistakes I'm certain!)

Steven - raising money for a TGP and similar things is exactly what our
'good mojo' sponsorship option is for (some voluntary amount, essentially
for good will). We also discussed a 'corporate ticket' which would be +$50
to go into our 'good mojo' fund (where companies or individuals have $$ but
can't sponsor) - so it seems we are on a good track there.

I'll take it all to the committee on Friday - we need to find (and then
fund) room for some TGP tickets. I better do a good job as sponsorship
lead!!

...and of course, I'll keep asking as questions arise. Hopefully we'll
learn enough to give something useful back.
