[OSGeo-Conf] Reminder - RfP 2020 Question period ends / prepare for final vote

Dear CC!

This is just a reminder, that the queation period ends on 5th of
December. If there are still any questions please put them on the list
and also into the appropriate WIKI pages [2][3]. Please keep in mind,
that the teams still need some time for answering!

All voting members, please be prepared to vote. The voting period lasts
from December 6th until December 12th (last possible time). Send your
votes again to Cameron and Arnulf (see CC in this mail). They will count
the votes and then sent the name of the winning team to me, we then
propose the board to decide like we proposed.

Just a last note: If there are still unanswered quesitons on December
6th and your vote may depend on the missing answers, maybe you wait for
one more day before you vote ...

But most important is, that you vote! Keep in mind, we need a broad
quorum and you are part of it!
