[OSGeo-Conf] Foss4g Europe - Call for venue 2020

In the name of FOSS4G-Europe conference committee [1], I would like to

call for the venue of FOSS4G-Europe international conference for the
year 2020 [2]

Proposals shall be submitted via FOSS4G-Europe mailing list by
30.6.2019 so that we could make the selection and announce the results
at FOSS4G conference in Bucharest.
