[OSGeo-Conf] Letter of Intent for FOSS4G 2021 (other regions)

Dear Mr Guney,

we, OSGeo's conference committee hereby confirm, that we received your
letter of intent for being host of FOSS4G 2021.

We will wait until today last possible time before we close acceptance
of further LoI's. Afterwards the question and answer-period for stage I
will start [1], so be prepared to answer questions, that will be sent to
OSgeo's conference-dev list.
