I converted this to PDF, checked into SVN
(https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/changeset/12767/) and linked to it on
the wiki page, https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_2021_Bid_Process#Letter_of_Intent_Review

Is anyone else on the conference committee interested in SVN rights to
be able to do the same?  I can set you up for that and provide a brief
SVN overview.
