[OSGeo-Conf] number of pages and attachments

Dear Conference Committee members,

in the RFP there is written that the full proposal should not be more
than 50 pages. In this number should we consider also the Letter of
endorsement?
because we already received 15 letters and others should arrive in this days

Perhaps, in addition to the pdf document, we would like to add a
presentation, is that possible?
