[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G-Europe 2024

Dear friends, excellent dialogue.
But I would like to put an idea (see, I am not running, but who knows we
may gain strength): how about doing it in Brazil, taking into account the
current agendas on climate and COP and bring the discussion on open source
and the potential of geospatial data and especially on decoloniality ???
Evaluate the possibility.
