[OSGeo-Conf] Conference committee proposals on third party server?

Hi Eli,

Thank you for bringing this here. It was my intention to open a SAC ticket for this because I don't have SVN access. Initially, I did try to upload the files on OSGeo CMS but the size was too big. I did upload the files on GDrive because I needed a quick solution as the question period had to begin. I think is very important to have this files on our infrastructure. If someone from this list has SVN access and time, please upload the files and let me know. Otherwise, I will open a ticket.
