[OSGeo-Conf] Conference committee proposals on third party server?

It looks like the current proposal and budget are hosted on third party
servers (see:
https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_2023_Bid_Process#Bid_Process_Stage_Two)

Is anyone interested in putting those in SVN?  If anyone wants to do that,
I'm here to help.  Maybe third party servers are fine nowadays.
