[OSGeo-Conf] MOTION: Oceania TGP Application

Hi All, Eli,

Perhaps it is an idea for the cc to meet virtually and scope out a list of
upcoming events and ensure that we are prioritising specific areas of
geographic focus.

I vote +1 in this instance, because it's Ocenaia - I would be less inclined
to support a more accessible/developed region. Perhaps it would be good for
us to come together and identify a common framework?
