[OSGeo-Conf] Did I miss a vote or something?

Good morning,
I think it was not clear from the message of the networks, but what we
presented was the candidacy of the event and have in consideration to
support us in this initiative.
Really an apology if it was misunderstood, but it is not what we want to
communicate, especially that we are working hard for this proposal to be
accepted, as soon as possible we are sending a draft and waiting for the
budget to close the proposal.
Thank you for this opportunity that we take with great enthusiasm.
