Thank you Tatiana for the excellent proposal.
I am gratified to see such a strong and experience committee assembled, which is really the key metric of success.

The budget roll-ups look very good!

Absent a detailed budget spread sheet (do you have one?) only one item piqued my interest which is that with some tickets deeply discounted, it’s important to know which tickets are actually priced below the per-person expenses. That is, if we offer each attendee a certain amount of food and drink, and some expenses scale with number of participants (wifi sometimes) does that total of per-person expenses exceed the ticket price of certain categories. (There will be a certain number of complimentary tickets (for the committee! for invited speakers!) but it’s important that if there’s a whole category of tickets (students? others?) whose ticket price is less than their expenses, that the class of tickets be capped, so we don’t end up in a situation where success drives us into deficit.
Would love to see the budget spreadsheet!
