[OSGeo-Conf] Did I miss a vote or something?

Good morning from beautiful Prizren,

I saw the announcement of FOSS4G 2024 in Belem, Brazil at the clsoing session of FOSS4G 2023 yesterday.

Did I missed a vote or any other discussion to select the host city of FOSS4G 2024? So far, I haven't seen or reviewed any proposal from Belem team. If I misunderstood something, sorry for that.
