[OSGeo-Conf] Travel information FOSS4G 2023

Dear all,

as of yet, there is no formal travel guidance on the conference web site. There is no train station or airport in Prizren and driving to there from major cities nearby may not be possible. It is not an evident trip as in previous conferences. I hope this is the right place to ask, it would be helpful if some cues could be given on the items below.

- Preferred travel route (through Pristina, Skopje, Tirana?) and transport mode(s).
- Preferred or advised lodging.
- Visa requirements to enter (and leave) Kosovo.
- Currencies usable in the region.
- Payment technology options.
