[OSGeo-Conf] RfP 2025 schedule

Dear all,

I fully agree that we should approach the next CfP very careful. I got some messages from interested parties but no strong commitment. Only interest. Along with Msilikale I will prepare the draft CfP document next week. Then we can discuss over and also ask around to get a better picture of the potential interest, before releasing the call.
