[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4GNA Future Planning Question

Hello folks,

I want to solicit input about the potential of planning a FOSS4GNA event
in October of 2024.

This year, We planned our event to happen after the FOSS4G international to
ensure we did not pull any attention away from the main event. I am
under the understanding that the main event may be in December, so I would
like to do my best to be supportive and be able to begin planning for our
2024 event.
