Dear all,

I incorporated most of your comments and remarks into the call document. One important change is to extend by a month the Stage 2 phase. Initially was 4 weeks. Should we do 6 weeks? I kept the preference for North America in case of a tie. I will wait for 24 hours for feedback before issuing the request for proposals.
