EUROGI has a new website

EUROGI, an European NGO for GI community has redone its website at 
http://www.eurogi.org.

I don't have experience with this organization and don't know much about 
it other than what can be read from the website. It's members seem to be 
national NGO's but the executive committee consists of people with 
strong relations to national mapping agencies.  Does anybody here have 
any personal experience or inside knowledge? It seems to have opened up 
for a more diverse set of members.

The website has also a collection of "GI People" and a collection of 
links to various kinds of related organizations.

The website and the organization itself could be a place needing some 
OSGeo advocacy / people. It also seems to contain some good information 
about what's going on in Europe.
