Logo, which status ? usable for a poster?

Hi,

the GRASS-Anwender-Vereinigung (www.grass-verein.de) will take part in a
conference concerning Education and GIS. We prepare a poster for this.

What is the offical status of the osgeo- Logo? Can I use it for the
poster to give further hints to the topic of Free GIS an Geodata?
