[OSGeo-Discuss] See where all our friends are on my Friend Map!

Hi,
I trust that all of this (setting up an sdi stack) is under way at
telascience (actually I waited until today to ask back at what the current
status is, somebody was mumbling 15th of May a while ago). I would
definitely rather want to see OS software do it and use some public and
freely available geodata without any underlying potential licensing
difficulties.

Its why we are here, aint it?

And while we are at it we might want to use services instead of copying
large amounts of data from one box to another.

Arnulf.
