I see the initial incarnation of the Canada chapter to be a good way  
of helping to find more people who might be in a local province or  
city centre, without all of us having to put out notes asking if our  
neighbours are on the discuss list ;-)

If it ends up just being a network of provincial or municipal  
chapters, then so be it.
