[OSGeo-Discuss] How effective is OSGeo? Strengths, weaknesses, barriers, etc...

Hi everybody,
I set up a second survey and would love to get your feedback.  I had  
put this up for gathering comments from the Board, but having some  
more broader perspectives would be helpful too.  This simple survey  
is designed as a way to review the performance of and look ahead to  
the goals of OSGeo.  It'd be great to have more ideas for discussions  
during FOSS4G.
