[OSGeo-Discuss] OS GIS challenge on Postigis WKT raster support

I've been reading about the Postgis Raster support initiative [1].

Pierre Racine has designed a draft of the specifications [2] and Sandro 
Santilli seams available to develop it.
The group of co-founders needs to grow, is there anybody else that want 
to join this project?
