1. Open this URL

2. Scroll to the bottom

3. Input your e-mail to the input box next to the "Unsubscribe or edit 
options" button

4. Give your password and log in to panel where you will be able to edit 
your membership options. If you don't remember the password, use 
"Password reminder" tool on that page

5. If you are logged in, follow instructions in the section
"Unsubscribing from Discuss"
