Call for abstracts for the public workshop organized by GIS4EU http://www.gis4eu.eu/   is now open

Major focus of this workshop is to give to GIS researchers and technicians the opportunity to meet and exchange experiences about international data models. The workshop is an opportunity to analyse the INSPIRE Directive, as a legislative framework for all European Member States, from the technical point of view and present the major results of some  recent EU projects in this field.

GIS experts from academia, government, institutions and industry are welcome to present their contributions in form of abstracts to be discussed in appropriate sessions for oral presentation at the workshop.

Authors are invited to submit their abstracts electronically through the Workshop web site at http://www.inspire.gis4eu.eu/

Key dates:

Abstract submission due: 27/02/2009 
Camera-ready final papers due: 30/04/2009
