It seems to be working for me.  Perhaps this was a temporary
problem.  You can file tickets for the OSGeo System Administration
Committee in the OSGeo Trac instance at:

  http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo

However, that might not work if trac is broken. :-)

You may also be able to find someone able to look into
issues most quickly by asking in #osgeo or #telascience.
