At www.usace.army.mil/recovery a first release of Army Corps of Engineers
project map is available. The interface is openlayers & mapfish with
mapserver used to render the project locations over google base map.
GeoRSS and WMS/WFS/KML services will be added this week as soon as we are
done tidying up the data.
