[OSGeo-Discuss] are there any unpaid developers?

here's another, although on the fringes of OSGeo, actually.

My contribution is to the public safety community - peopled by many, many
unpaid volunteers - is a free OS  CAD application.  And I'd prbly reject any
paid gigs offered since I like setting my own schedule.
