Bart
We proposed the conference from Tuesday through Saturday in our original submission to OSGeo, those are the only dates available as we are dovetailing with the UK Association for Geographic Information's GeoCommunity event which runs on the Tuesday and Wednesday (overlapping with our workshops).
Thoughts about the preference for a codesprint before the event or the day after were what prompted my mail. We will try to accommodate whatever the coders want.
Cheers
steven

>> Tuesday 17th Sept - Workshops
>> Wednesday 18th - Workshops, Icebreaker event in the evening
>> Thursday 19th - Conference Opens, Plenary, Streams, Gala night
