[OSGeo-Discuss] vmap0.tiles.osgeo.org broken?

http://vmap0.tiles.osgeo.org/wms/vmap0?LAYERS=basic&FORMAT=image%2Fpng&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetMap&STYLES=&SRS=EPSG%3A4326&BBOX=-135,0,-90,45&WIDTH=256&HEIGHT=256

seems to give me the exact same response.
